Book us for a once-off assessment. We meet virtually or face to face for a working session where we unpack your biggest business pain-points and map out an action plan.
Process: You do a virtual brain dump and tell us where you are stuck. We give it a quick think to see if we are able to help. We get back to you with a proposed costing + time and you confirm the way forward.
You get: Clarity and a roadmap of what to tackle first and recommendations on how to get this done.
Implementation
You have an internal execution problem and need an outsourced Ops team to step in and get things done.
Process: An assessment form and two (max) fact finding 30 min sessions are set up (free of charge) before any work can commence. We quickly define the structure of your Ops team and provide you with a quote to move forward. Once you accept the quote we get started.
You get: Access to an Ops team of x amount of humans, who thrive on setting up Monday.com boards, streamlining business processes and ticking things off virtual lists.
Retainer Based - Costs vary based on requirements.
Coaching
You are an Ops Manager yourself and need some help in a specific area. Once off / monthly coaching sessions are set up based on your needs.
Process: You tell us what you need and we connect you with one of our internal Operational experts or with one of our many friends of Industry spanning the globe.
